Nice! A steady beat with the guitar grooving to the beat.
The end reminds me of a sample and hold effect though it may not be one.
Someone said in the background recognizing your singing style said: It’s your chum!
Chum in Quebec in this context means friend.

Thank you for listening and replying, I appreciate it! If I see the word ‘chum’ by itself, I tend to think of chopped up fish that are thrown in the ocean to attract sharks; hahaha! Occasionally, the word ‘chum’ (friend), in the USA, is used, but not as often as it has in the past. Though I am flattered your “friend/family/more-than-a-friend” background listener recognized my singing voice.

Start really reminds me of The Human League, definite Fad Gadget vibe again (no bad thang imho), interesting guitar solo and i like the trem guitar glisses.
Chorus is a bit Bowie-esque, Sparks spring to mind too…
