New song with Jup-8 synth to check out!

I put a song in my music website called “I Really Do”, it’s the song on top. Not counting some additional low pitch orchestral bass strings, and an occasional synth sound effect, the first minute is all wagtunes. After that, it’s all aaron aardvark. The song has some Jup-8 synth and some non-Arturia synths. Please tell me how you like the song, and how it can be improved, and I will return the favor! Leave me a link if you don’t have a recent thread. Here is my link:

Excellent @aaron_aardvark , both lyrical and a superb intro. As well as the melodious blend and deep harmony. Hats off.

PascalH_HSMR_CIWA,
Thank you very much for listening and replying! I appreciate it!

A dramatic cinematic intro, leading to a melody in minor with a non conventional development, then a peaceful piano intermezzo leading to a plea on “I do” with Queen-like operatic chant and a techno arpeggio for finale. “I do” is the culminating point we remember.

A good piece and there isn’t much I can criticize. Bravo Maestro!

francoise,
Thank you very much for checking out the song and reviewing it! I appreciate it!

On a different forum, at least three people asked me to add my male vocals to the song, so that’s what I did for a new mix called “I Really Do-with some male vocals”; it is the song at the top. Whether this newer mix is an improvement or not is purely subjective. Here is my link:

Hello @aaron_aardvark Well,

I really like the epic aspect of the introduction, and at the same time the lyrical side like Matthew Bellamy from Muse, the soaring solo like the early works of Brian May, and the structure of the piece like Blind Curve by Marillion, a band I really appreciate.

Thank you for your excellent shares; it motivates me to start composing again.

Musical friendship.

PascalH,
Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate it!
