My product serial number not visible in my MFCC

My serial number is not visible over MFCC?
What is the solution.

First - Did you follow the setup instructions?
Have you tried to reinstall Minifuse Control Center?

I followed the setup instructions.
I uninstalled driver & MFCC-Rebooted & Reintsalled Setup but still the same.
Serial number not visible yet.

I can’t tell you why not. I have a Minifuse 1, at the serial is shown.
I’ve set up Minifuse normally and it’s registrated like i assume yours are.

You can ask Arturia support, if nothing make it work.

Hi @Aravind , did you manage to resolve this? I’m experiencing the same issue now, same string of characters, reinstalling driver and MFCC doesn’t work either.

It worked fine when I set it up for the first time but it appears the settings I made got reset somehow out of the blue (plugged in and settings were gone, Windows recognised it as a new device and had to reconfigure everything) and the serial started showing the same string of characters.

Same problem on a MiniFuse 2. I’ve also uninstalled MFCC and ASC across several reboots, but the serial number doesn’t show and Windows treats it as a new device.

It is very likely to be a bug in the device.

It is curently not possible to get your Serial Number back.

The only problem of having no serial number is that the MFCC won’t be able to save some settings like the current GUI ratio. We will fix that in an update. Otherwise, the device will work perfectly even without Serial Number.

We plan to give you a tool to set back the unit serial number but I don’t know when we will be able to release it.
