My minilab3 stucks at "ARTURIA" on booting

Hello, when i power on my minilab3 it stays frozen saying “ARTURA” , no ligths in the pads as usual.
Using Midi Control Center it detects the minilab and i can alter the User 1 to 5 configuration.
Any help on why it stucks at "Arturia " on booting ?

Sorry to hear this is happening, there SHOULD be a way of reseting the unit, i do not own one and us ‘External Moderators’ don’t actually work for Arturia.
I’ve checked the manual and cannot find such an option in there, so it might be an idea to log in to your account to contact our support team who should be able to help you if some kind user doesn’t post meanwhile.

Strange , arturia support does not care about this issue. still no answer…
The support does not exist!

If possible, try this:

Factory Reset

  1. Press the Settings button next to the pads.
  2. Press the contextual button 1 for “Global”
  3. Turn the Jog wheel until you reach the red “Factory Reset” line.
  4. Press the Jog wheel, the display should ask you to confirm:
  5. Press the 4th contextual button above the screen to confirm.
