My arturia keylab mkii does not go into user mode

Keylab 91 Mk11 using an Mac Catalina 10.15.7 - Daw is Studio
One vers 6. my arturia keylab mkii does not go into user mode.Analog mode works, DAW mode works but will not go into User mode. It doesn’t even light up. I have the latest firmware installed in my Keylab 1.3.1

It’s possible your controller is broken. You can ask Arturia support.
Perhaps it’s possible to do a Factory reset that can fix it.
