Can somone please tell me how i can choose sounds from other banks to use as my Pick B for morphing?
For instance. I have a preset i made and have saved in Polybrute connect. Id like to keep that preset in “A” while searching outside of the factory presets to put in my “Pick B”
Help would be appreciated!!!
See the latest manual, section 10.5.2.1. It shows you how to pick another preset to copy the A or B morph sound to your current preset B:

If you mean auditioning other presets while editing your current one, I’m guessing you can’t. You’ll either have to Pick B with another and try it out, or save your current preset, try out others the normal way, and note which you want to copy over.
What i actually would like to do is just load my preset and then be able to switch to different banks while keeping my preset A without it loading anothef preset
Sorry, I’m not exactly sure what you are asking. From your original question, it sounded like you are creating your own preset, and you have Morph Sound A all set, but you want Morph Sound B to be a sound you copy from a different preset (which is what the “Pick B” functionality is for).
Is that correct or are you trying to do something different? Or do you mean doing that, but using a preset bank that is not currently loaded in your PolyBrute, say using PolyBrute Connect? It doesn’t look like PolyBrute Connect even offers the “Pick B” functionality, probably because they don’t have an easy way to select a different preset to copy from in the software.
Exactly! I have created a preset but i want to browse other presets from different banks that are not loaded on my PB. They are in my PB Connect. If i go to a different bank it takes my preset away so i am not able to morph it with other presets. Sorry if i not explaining it correctly. I appreciate your help very much!
Yeah, that’s something you won’t be able to do. PolyBrute Connect can only control what the hardware is capable of, and the only way to listen to a different preset is by loading it into the hardware. Unfortunately, that means you have to save your current preset before it loads a new one. The “Pick B” function does automatically load the Morph Sound you select into slot B, so you audition them easily, but the second preset does have to be loaded into hardware beforehand.
[Feature Request] It would be cool if one day they added the Pick B function into PolyBrute Connect, also allowing you to select from any preset you have available.
