Hi, I am having an issue with my keylab mkii 88 controller. I had it working just fine before, but i messed around with my microphone to get it working, and i seemed to have changed some setting on accident. Now when i go to settings, audio, input - there is no option to put mkii as an input. I went to my sound settings in windows, and i cannot select it as an input there either, it does not show up as a device. When i go to “add” a device it doesn’t show up. I checked, the driver is installed, I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, as well as the MCC. The keys light up and everything so the keyboard is fine but i am at a total loss on what to do. Basically, the keyboard is showing up nowhere except under the drivers. But it was before!
Hi, I’m not a windows user, but I know you’ll never get any ‘audio input’ from a KL88. It doesn’t send any audio, which is why it will never show up as a audio device in Windows either. It’s just a midi controller. It sends midi data, not audio.
