Some instruments in Collection 11 are missing presets and cannot make any sound when opened, some instruments did not install at all. Most FX Collection plugins have no presets at all.
M4 Max Studio, Tahoe 26.2
-
ASC has Full Disk Access,
-
I have checked nested Factory folders and they are all empty and presets seem to have never downloaded during install,
-
I have deleted the db.db3 files in effort to reset upon restarting and this solved nothing,
-
Uninstall via ASC seems stuck and does nothing to uninstall,
-
I have followed the steps TWICE to manually uninstall the affected FX and Instruments following instructions listed on your site and this solved nothing,
-
I have followed many of the suggestions for fixing these problems found in the forums, but to no avail.
Any new suggestions, please?
Thanks!
Can you try a manual download from the Arturia site and manually install.

HI @GBuz351
Sorry to hear this is happening, as @Funtmaster suggests, that would be my next step personally.
If the problem persists, i’d suggest logging into your account to contact Arturia Support directly.
HTH!

Thank you for that suggestion. I tried downloading one instrument just to see if that worked. Nope, still no presets in the Factory folder.
Tried copy/paste the preset folder from an online backup. That didn’t work either.
Still working on trying some other solutions…
Let me know if you have any suggestions.
That is weird.
Was this an upgrade from a previous installation that was working or is this a new installation on this mac? Have you previously been updating via the ASC without issues?
I assume you are logging in with an admin privileged account and that the installs are on the internal drive and not an external drive? Are the plugins showing as “Activated” in the ASC?
Personally, I would go down the manual delete of the affected plugins, maybe even the ASC as well (see: https://support.arturia.com/hc/en-us/articles/8095970969628-Arturia-Software-Center-ASC-Manual-uninstall-and-reinstall) and try again. Maybe try a manual installation of a removed plugin. If that works then try the ASC.
Failing that I would probably contact Arturia and include all the steps you have taken already.
Good luck and update us when it’s fixed. I am intrigued to know what’s happening.

This is a new installation. I had previously been on a Windows machine and I’m switching to Mac.
I have manually deleted all instruments and plugins, a very tedious process as they are mixed in with plugins from other vendors.
I will try individual manual installation of a couple of instruments and FX to check that they do load properly and contain Presets. Then I will do the same for a couple more using ASC.
I have already contacted Arturia Support and I’m awaiting their reply.
Thank you for your suggestions!

I had a similar problem with V 11. The solution for me was to completely uninstall it manually, including all preferences, settings, and ASC. After that, I installed each synth individually using ASC onto my external SSD. Of course, that takes a while, but everything ran smoothly afterward.
