Using a new Minilab37 with current Logic & latest Apple OS (same issue with earlier OS). I am using the correct Logic script for the 37 Minilab.
Issue: In DAW mode, Minilab37’s Encoder Knob Click only brings up the track’s Smart Controls window, not the plug in window.
This is not how my Keylab Essential 3 behaves: the Device/Mixer button opens/closes the plug-in windows.
Support has helped with another issue and I’ve gone thru all their Logic settings checks including checking that the encoder knob & click are sending MIDI to Logic.
Perhaps I’m expecting too much though my understanding is that Encoder click (or shift+click) should bring up the plug in’s window, not just smart control window.
