Hi all! Pad 1 when in Bank A sends aftertouch (P-touch) and needs to be pressed really hard to send a note message. In Bank B mode it works just fine, like the rest of the pads. Did anyone have the same issue? I tried everything the Support recommended to no avail.

It sounds like you raised a ticket with support already and they could not fix the issue, is that correct?
Did they suggest that it may be faulty?

The pads work fine in Ableton. So, I suppose it is an issue of compatibility between Minilab and Logic.
