minifuse 1 incorrect channel name in daw and more

Hello! I urge you to answer!First, I specifically deleted the card from my devices in my personal account to check if any of the problems I encountered would change after your INGENIOUS, stupid updates. Please give me the opportunity to activate it again!
1 problem, version 1.5.0 of the minifuse control panel freezes almost constantly when trying to close the program window on windows 11
Problem 2, anarchy in the input output names, in windows everything is displayed in a new way, in asio on two devices in DAW everything is mixed up, old names with new ones
3. I would love to roll back to previous versions, but even here you threw a pig, every time you open it, it offers to update, without the possibility of disabling this feature.Don’t get me wrong, I’m very sympathetic to your products, but this attitude towards users and the behavior of the software drives me crazy.
Unfortunately, all my support requests were not answered by mail.

no matter how many times I wrote to support, I never received a reply that my appeal was accepted or something like that. what should I do, how can I register the card on my account again?

Hi, did you use this link to ask for help with your issue?

yes, but i used all possible links) no one answered me on them. the problem with the channel names in DAW is not only for me
but for all my friends who have an arturia minifuse audio card.

Hello

Our support team have a hard time to handle every request right now, so there might be some delay to get an answer but at some point you will get one. We’re sorry for that.

Please send me the crash dumps in private message on this forum, I will log them and try to investigate.
You can find crash dumps in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

I agree this could be better, we’re working on that point. This is mainly due to the fact that different Win/Mac, DAWs and drivers are behaving differently.
Try to always use our ASIO driver and not WaveOut if possible.

I would love so as well, there is currently multiple technical reasons behind that, I hope to be able to remove this needs when possible.

I’m really sorry that you struggle with our product, I will try to make my best to improve the different points you mentioned.

Cheers !

Yes, I use your ASIO driver in REAPER, FL STUDIO, and PRO TOOLS, but it’s the one that causes confusion with I/O. WAVEOUT and WINDOWS 11 itself displays everything correctly.
