MIDI learn appears not to transfer when working on a different machine

I regularly switch from desktop to laptop and it seems any MIDI learn I do on one does not transfer to the other. Not sure it matters but I’m using Cubase.

Is there any way to make that work? Ideally I would like that info to be saved in the project file.

Hi @rgames . Welcome to the community.

It’s possible to:

  1. Save and export a MIDI Config file from Pigments. Click the MIDI Config drop down menu in the MIDI tab/ midi Learn section to get the handling options.
  2. Somehow transfer that file to another computer.
  3. Import the MIDI Config in the new computers Pigments.

Overall the possible is about using MIDI configs. Keep in mind it’s not meant for each sound to have it’s own MIDI Config.
