MIDI Latency when using Sustain Pedal

Hi!

When I am playing Piano Parts with my KeyLab61MK3 I have every other note latency problems. But only with pressed sustain pedal. (shortly after pressing it) the problems sometimes occur, sometimes not. Without holding the notes with the Sustain Pedals, no problems occur. (I made reset of unit, calibrated sustain pedal, tried aux pedal port)

Same Set up with other MIDI Controller everything works fine.

Does anyone has similar problem with KeyLab?

Ableton Live 11
USB MIDI connection (tried Hub and direct port on computer)

Well, orck19w got the support answer, and it seems it really is an issue… and it can be a kind of “resolved”, but at the moment exclusively in USER mode - you need to make “Sustain Pedal” type to “Control” (as it is exp.pedal, ie), and not to “Switch” mode… And it really resolves the issue completely. BUT! it works only for User mode - when you are working in DAW mode, you cannot change the type of Sustain Pedal input to “Control”, as it is - still - “hardcoded” to Switch mode So -…
