I do not know if it is a bug report or not.
When clocking the arp of the microfreak with cubase 13 midi clock, I noticed I get double the value through USB source clock. If I set the rate to 1/4 it will play 1/8 and so on. With midi clock source selected, it is playing at the correct rate. Am I missing something ?
