One little thing that can be easily added is saving the track midi channels, with in the patterns and sequencer channels (A;B;C;D)
Like that, Tracks and Projects can now store the midi channnel inf, switching from one pattern to other, and playing with there respective instruments (midi channels).
Ex. Nowadays
TRACK A _ midi ch. 1 Pattern 1
The midi channel from track A is the same for all patterns from that Project track
The idea is
TRACK A _ midi ch. 1 Pattern 1
TRACK A _ midi ch. ? Pattern 2
TRACK A _ midi ch. ? Pattern (any)
…
? - is another midi ch
