Micro-Freak shown in My Products on the Website but not in Arturia Software Center

Hello

I have installed MCC and updated the firmware to 5.0 but ASC does not show my MF to be in My Products, only on the website. I tried to re-register it but then it tells me that it’s already registered. No big deal I suppose but this is not the way it should be I assume?

Hi @fpssdave. Welcome back.

ASC does’nt show hardware - only software related to hardware if any.
Afaik firmware for hardware does’nt show in ASC.
If your MicroFreak came with a free software pack of some kind, then that should show up in ASC.
