Odd block of buttons in the matrix are completely unresponsive in all modes, PRESET/SEQ/MOD: 9:D-P, 10:C-P, 11:B-P. That’s 12x3 + 6 buttons total. 2019 MatrixBrute on 2.0.3 firmware.
In SEQ and MOD mode, these buttons do light up (passively, you can’t interact with them), so there is some connectivity. Just not responsive to button presses in that block.
Obviously have tried turning on/off again and reloading firmware. Has been like this for a while, just not got around to posting. Just wondered if anyone has experienced this and any ideas before contacting Arturia support for hardware service. Thanks!
