Macmini M4 can't find Audiofuse Rev 2

Hi Peeps

I fired up my Mac mini this morning and it can’t find my Auidofuse Rev 2. However, it can tell that my Key Lab MkII is plugged into it VIA the Audiofuse Rev.2!
The Mac MIDI application can’t see the Audiofuse and neither can the Sound tab in the System Settings.
I have pulled plugs in and out and done various restarts.

I will try different cables but I don’t understand how the Mac knows the Keylab is connected if it can’t find the Audiofuse.

Hello.

Is your AudioFuse Rev2 well plugged to power suply ? Without the power supply, I think that the USB hub cannot deliver enough power for a KeyLab.

Other possible issue is that recent version of MacOS sometimes blocks USB devices. They should open a popup which allow you to “enable” the device. This popup is often bugged, you might want to check in “settings > privacy & security > security > allow accessories to connect” to check if it’s not blocked by MacOS.

Hopefully your issue is one of these two. Otherwise I recommend to contact our support.

Cheers !

Thanks for the reply.
It was a totally weird experience, in the end, easily resolved.
I unplugged all the leads and plugged the Rev 2 into a separate laptop I used to use. Everything worked perfectly. I then plugged it back into my studio and the problem was gone.
Gremlins!
