KL3 Ableton - Does Undo/Redo only work in DAW mode but not USER?

Hey again,

Looking through manual for this confirmation but no luck. Just wondering, does Undo/Redo on KL3 only work when DAW mode is selected?

Transport/Loop Brace/Metronome all work in ABE when in USER modes but not Undo/Redo. Is this correct operation or am I missing something?
