KL3 Ableton - Does Undo/Redo only work in DAW/AL mode but not USER?

Hey again,

Looking through manual for this confirmation but no luck. Its not clear how it works.
PAGE 51>

However, any DAW-specific KeyLab mk3 controls not being used by Analog Lab mode will still fulfill their DAW mode functions

Transport/Loop Brace/Metronome all work in ABE when in USER modes but not Undo/Redo. And I can’t edit those button actions in USER Mode.
Can anyone please confirm if Undo/Redo only works when DAW or AL mode is selected?

Ok this is not making sense…

If I have an AL running in DAW. And switch to USER, then UNDO/REDO works but only for the last action I took in AL. :confused: ???

How do I get DAW UNDO/REDO (for recording midi takes) in a USER mode?

Again if some1 else wonders this.

Its normal operation. Support confirms.
Though i think a little waste as you cannnot reassign buttons and they could of been programed it into DAW script like the transport buttons.

Oh well.
