Keystep issue, technical support taking their own sweet time to reply

I have a Keystep which has issues as few keys am unable to play, i get no sound. (Left to Right) - F to C# and Mid A and High F are not working. It was opened up and cleaned, still the same issue.

I have been emailing from January, and the Arturia Support is taking it’s own sweet time to reply in regards to the rubber parts replacement. Am from Bangalore, India, and in South india there is one Audio sales and repair, and they are charging high just to fix the Keystep. But it’s 6 months now, today Arturia says they have now recieved the rubber sets and am not sure how many more months this will take to receive here at this city.

As anyone come across such issue and got it fixed?
