Keys make sticking sound on release

How mouch noise should be expected on release of the keys?

There is a noticible sticking sound on the lowest c and very subtle sticking sound on others.
My crappy m-audio is pretty much silent.

I am asking because I got it “like new” and was wondering if I should expect it to be silent and should send it back.

Hi @vikingmonkey and welcome to The Sound Explorers Forum.

My own controllers and synths are all different, some are noisier than others. If one of the keys is actually sticking I’d contact the seller for a replacement or refund.
