KeyLab61 MK3 Logic Pro Setup Not Working Mac Studio Sequoia 15.4

Mac Studio with Sequoia 15.4.
The latest version of Logic Pro shipped with the Mac Studio.

I have followed the instructions in the KeyLab_Essential_mk3__1_4_0__2024_02_20__Logic_Pro_DAW_Integration_Script.

Logic Pro does not detect the controller on launch. I plugged in a Nektar Impact 88+, launched LPX, and it auto-detected it right away. The transport controls worked as expected.

I did the manual setup. It sees the KeyLab as connected. I set the input and output to DAW. Transport controls don’t work in Logic Pro. Also, it doesn’t show up as a controller in the list.

When I connect the KP61mk3 to the Midi Control Center, it only shows Users 1 - 6 in the Device Memories. An older post said to select the DAW (read-only) one and select the Recall From button. I have no such entry to recall. Can I download these templates somewhere and import them via MCC?

I also see a page on the website saying Arturia doesn’t support the latest version of Sequoia. When will support be updated? I bought this controller because the listing says it’s compatible with Logic Pro.

I love the feel and programmability of this controller! It’s super deluxe. I was hoping not to have to spend a bunch of time programming it for Logic Pro.

Hello trechriron,

This should be a plug and play situation, so I am unsure why it is not working.

Please raise this with our tech support team and they will get this sorted for you:

Thanks!

So far tech support seems ultra lacking.

I can’t even figure out how to make a post here?

So I see have just joined and commented on several old threads in a non constructive fashion.

Unless you actually have an issue that you would like others to help you on, can assist someone else, want to suggest a feature request or discuss your music, I dont think you are adding any value to this forum.

Perhaps you would like to start over. Maybe introduce yourself and tell us about your music, or maybe post links to it if you are using Arturia products.

If you click on a forum, then you get a button in the top named “+ New Topic”. Click it to create a new topic.
(For example click “Keylab” in the “Lab” section to the left of the main forum page.).
