Hi,
not sure if it’s connected to the update to 26.7. yesterday, but today my Keylab Mk3 isn’t working properly anymore. If I open Analog Lab (Standalone) or any AU in latest Ableton Live/Logic Pro I can’t filter and change sounds anymore. Midi is sent and the knobs/faders even control the right macros (but it says Encoder 1, 2, 3… and Fader 1, 2…). Firmware is 1.5.0. Opening MCC says “Failed to open device”. Microfreak is working without problems.
Changed USB-Port already, which didn’t solve it. Is anybody else having this? Is there a solution? As said, I’m a a little afraid it’s connected to Mac OS 26.7 (thought it’s a minor safety update). Mac mini M2.
had Tahoe before (latest, i think 26.6.2), so it worked until saturday!
Thought i ask if anybody else is having the issue, but it makes sense of course to Write Support. Did now and curious what happens.
Ok, talked to support and did some checks with no change.
But… after that i deleted the Keylab MK3 in the Apple Midi-Studio, unplugged it, replugged it so it could be found “new” and now it’s back working! Plugins, Analog Lab V, even MCC has no issues anymore.
Though i still don’t see “Keylab MK3 ALV” as Port in Analog Lab V.
Support is informed, of course.
Case closed, though i have no idea, what happened.
