Keylab mk2 - Piano v2 - youtube conflict

Can anyone help a newbie? I have a Keylab mk2 connected via usb to my windows 10 computer. If I use Piano v2 and try to play a youtube video at the same time one or the other has no sound. I do not have dedicated sound card. Im using the youtube videos to learn piano so need both to play along! Is this a hardware problem that can be addressed? Thanks for any help!

Hi @Jete,

Welcome to the community.

Unless you run an app in Exclusive mode for sound in Windows, then you should be able to hear sound from multiple sources. Have you checked this?
notes that the app you play live through may need to be in focus to accept inputs.
It’s not about a setting in Piano V. You can only select the soundcard to use there.

If you only have Piano V2 and A browser open, then be sure you have Piano V2 in focus an the window is activated by clicking on it.
Also be sure both the audio settings you use for Piano V2 is the same as the system sounds. Probably 48000 Hz - but check it.

Hope this helps.
