Keylab Essentials MK 3 On Screen controls not moving in DAW

Hi There I purchased a KL 49 MK 3 and it works fine with standalone Analog lab 5 (Own Collection X + FX 4) When used in my DAW’s - Cakewalk by Bandlab or Mixbus 11, the controls do not move on screen. The sound changes as it should when the controls are moved. I’ve tried a few things suggested by the manual which is out of date by the way, and nothing. Have downloaded the latest firmware. U can adjust the on screen controls with the mouse ok. The same applied to any of the individual components within Collection X.

My system: Windows 10 Pro X64, Intel 6700K i7 Core 4.0 chip with 6Gb ram
