Keylab essential on MIDI Control Centre only shows 88 version

Hi all
In the Midi Control Centre there is no option to view the the Keylab Essential 61, I believe it is the mark 1 with the plastic rotary control in the centre of the consul… It only shows the 88 key version.
Now on Analog Lab 4 and on analog Lab V. Now it seems the mapping is out of sync. For example, the Master volume control is now the pitch bend and there are loads of other errors

Any ideas on how to resolve??

First of all, are you saying that you own a MK1 Keylab Essential 61?

Have you just bought this keyboard or was it working previously and now it is not?

I bought it originally about 5 years ago, how times fly. I set it up when I first purchased it along with all the accompanying software and everything worked great. Since then my attention has been elsewhere until now and I thought id would return to it. As my Mac book had a motherboard replacement, all the software thinks its a new or different computer so I’ve had to reinstall everything and that’s when I noticed my product is not listed on midi controller and has since moved onto the now mk 3.
