I attempted a factory reset for my KLE3 by pressing the octave + and - keys while reconnecting the USB cable. It didn’t work. Is there another way to do it?
Hello.
To reset the KLE3, you need to plug it but while pressing the two leftmost buttons above the center knob.
A reset screen is displayed and you now need to press the second one starting on the left (the screen shows a reset text just above the button you need).

Oh really? Everywhere I checked said use the Octave buttons. I’ll try this when I get home this evening.

I think the octave button is the way for the old KeyLab Essential.
The new one have a new way of reset.
