Keylab essential MK3 Arpeggiator External Sync Unstable

I’m not able to properly sync the arpeggiator on the Essential MK3 to an external sync.
In the ARPmenu I set the sync to external, configure the DAW (tested in Live and Bitwig with same results) to send external sync to the Keylab Midi Out and the Rate field of the Arp menu somehow gets the value but it’s quite unstable, jittering around the actual value or jumping (e.g. doubling the value). The ARP of course sounds awful messing around with the tempo.
I also have a Keystep and the ARP syncs fine with the same DAW settings.
Anyone else has noticed that and was able to fix?

Hi @metamatic. Welcome to the community.

I don’t have the controller.

I also don’t have the DAW’s you mention. Are you sure you shall not send to Keylab Midi IN?
Are you sure the DAW’s are set as Master?

Also be sure the DAW is playing.

If you are sure about the routings and settings and the DAW play, then i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.

Yep, same procedure works just fine with another controller (Arturia Keystep).
