KeyLab Essential 49 mk3 - Random note being played

Hello all. I’d like to ask if anyone faced this issue and found a possible fix.

Whenever I press and/or hold A1, C#1 is also played at maximum velocity. All software and firmware is up to date as of 6/6/2024 and there were no problems before this (the unit is less than a month old).

DAW - Ableton / Cakewalk

I have uploaded a short audio of the problem in the link below along with a generated MIDI message. Can you please advise?

Hi @dreddurius and welcome to The Sound Explorers Forum!

Are you using it with a DAW such as Cubase/Logic/Ableton etc? And if so, have you checked to see if it isn’t generating some kind of note on/off messages?

HTH!

Thanks Matjones. The problem persists with any DAW or Analog Lab. I booted up MIDI Control Center and with Analog Lab V in the backgound the following messages is shown below (while pressing down on A1). I transferred on three different PCs all with the same result.
