Keylab 88 mkII firmware update loop/losing function in middle of playing

My keylab suddenly stops working during use in FL studio. I close FL and then open Midi Control Center I get a “device was disconnected” message and then it tells me that i have an update available. I have installed this update at least 10x, smooth installation each time. Everything then works again until I lock my pc or screen saver comes on, then back to no response on keylab. Everything was working fine and I havent changed anything to my pc aside from forced windows updates.

UPDATE:

Issue resolved by uninstalling the keylab in device manager and selecting a different USB 2 port on my pc. Thank you to everyone that helped along the way!
