I’m trying to find out what version of USB is on the keyboard. I know it’s USB-C but what is the version? USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1?

A quick look through the manual doesn’t enlighten me, so it might be an idea to Log into your account to contact Arturia Support to see if they can enlighten.
Possibly an Arturia Staff member might be able to answer tomorrow?

Pretty sure USB 3.0 has a different type of USB-B connector, so this will be USB 2.0
Thank you. Actually though, USB A B and C connector types support USB 2.0 and 3.0 but the cable itself may not be compatible with those versions. For example, if the cable only supports USB 2.0 but the devices connected supports USB 3.0, USB 2.0 speeds would be the fastest you achieve out of that cable.
I probably should’ve phrased the question differently. I guess I’m really wanting to know what version of USB the port on the keyboard is set up with.
I will pose my question to Arteria Support and see what they come back with. Once they let me know, I’ll post the reply. Thank you so much for replying to my question.
Sorry, I was basing my post on my MKII. I didnt realise the MKIII had USB-C and didnt notice you had put that.
I was basing it on the USB-B port on mine, that doesn’t support high speed USB 3 with that type of connector.
