Hi
Went to use my keyboard tonight and it is totally dead. No power, not recognised by my computer. There were suggestions that cable is most likely issue so have tried two different cables to no avail.
Also tried:
Unit seems to be totally dead. Is there anyhting I can do?
Any suggestions appreciated.

Sorry to hear you have this trouble.
Do you have a external power supply to your controller? I would try with a external power supply to see if the controller worked with that.
You can’t do anything without power. If it’s dead and it’s not about your computers USB port not giving power or your cables, then you have to send the controller to be checked and perhaps to be repaired.
You can try to contact Arturia support through your account first.
