Yeah I noticed the store issues too. Waiting for it to begin functioning properly again so I can checkout the audio samples for the new Exploration packs.
I’m curious about this as well, I had a support ticket I put in about two weeks ago, got a response asking for followup info the next day, and after that they haven’t responded to any emails… I love all of my Arturia gear but if I can’t get support on high dollar essential equipment, I don’t know where to turn… Hope it’s just a hiccup in the works for them.
Perhaps it’s possible Arturia need to investigate a possible issue?
Yeah I’m still having difficulty checking out the audio samples within Safari on Sequoia. Whenever, I click play on any of the samples it just times out. More than that, it freezes the whole window. I have to close and reopen the site before I even get page navigation back.
That said, the site still says its under “undergoing an update”, so perhaps Safari compatibility has yet to be added?!?
I will just continue to wait patiently and see how things develop.
I’ve seen several different errors over the last couple of days. I’ve been trying to buy Pigments 6. I managed to add it to my cart, but then the cart is empty.
Tonight I can’t even log in.
In other news, ASC updated. I think for the first time it actually managed to download and install something - the Pigments 6 demo.
I haven’t even attempted to buy anything. Again, just waiting until the site appears to be running properly.
There is a banner along the top of the home page that provides a link for you to get in contact with support directly. You can always try that if you feel like you can’t wait. If I don’t get an improvement, say 10 days, before the sale ends I’ll end up contacting them myself.
I have just been informed by Support that “the issue should no longer persist”.
However, that is not the case. I cannot log in to the Arturia web site at all.
That they had a booth at NAAM at all, surprises me the most. In recent years they never ever showcase new products, they just release them with no warning with a plethora of promo and tutorial videos on YouTube, like they did recently with Tape-J37 and Pigments 6.

Dang. I’ve had a support request open since mid January and haven’t heard anything since the first interaction with them. I guess I’ll open up another ticket. Glad to hear you got a quick resolution!
