"Inward Universe" will not install on Mac, works fine on PC

I’m trying to install a sound bank in Analog Lab Pro on my Mac. Installed fine on PC, will not download on Mac.
Have already removed the db.db3 file and let Analog Lab rebuild the database, no go.

Any suggestions ?

Hi @Kaneda. Welcome to the community.

What do you mean it will not download, if you also try to remove the database?

Are you trying to do it from the build in Analog Lab Store? Can you see a check mark for the soundbank in the store? If not, then please try again.

It is possible to download purchases soundbank installers from your Arturia account. So you can try that, of you for some reason can’t install from the store. Check the Store afterwards to activate the bank.

In the ‘store’ section of analog lab, the soundbank is among others when I toggle ‘owned’.
There’s an icon of a white cloud with a download arrow, just like the other sound banks. However, when I click on it, the icon turns blue but it does not download, it just hangs.

Cannot find it in my account, but I have been able to install it with analog lab on windows, no problem.

So, I’m confused…

How can you see it’s hanging?

If you below the bank in the Store read INSTALLED, then it’s installed. If you also see a checkmark in a white circle in the image for the bank, then it’s activated.
So you should have it installed and activated.

You should have it in your Product page on your Arturia account. If not, then there is something wrong. Perhaps it’s not yet registered as your product then.

If nothing is working, then i suggest you contact Arturia support.

EDIT: I assume you restarted Analog Lab after the install. EDIT END

I rebooted my Mac, launched Analog Lab and clicked on the sound bank in question.
At first, nothing happened, just like before, the icon just turned blue (no progess ring) but I left it for an hour or so and suddenly it started to download, extremely slowly, though, took about 20 minutes, but it worked in the end.

Strange, can’t really tell if it was a problem server-side or on my Mac.

In any case, problem solved !

Indeed.
I guess it could be both or something else.

Glad to hear it work now. Thanks for letting us know.
