How do you want to sell Ultra if nothing write on the box is working at the release? you should let people know that its not supporting last update of almost every daw before they feel trapped instead of happy
what would Arturia will say to a dealer if you buy a chip and all what is write on the box is not working? what Arturia would do? would you say its friendly? strange? vicious? illegal?
no integration is working on almost every daw since they update and you stay on the starting line, and worst you almost make a run for a race already done with last firmware
and dont give us workflow like midi channel per mode what is an emergency regarding to the way controlling external synth or working with midi channel work since 40 years
why you cannot show how work plugin/mixer mode on your last video for the 1.5 firmware?
because it’s not working on last logic… and other daws users complain and report bugs and bad integration too
since first fw versions I have to restart the Klab each time I start logic, because if you go to another mode like Arturia or any other you build, coming back to daw mode knobs wont work again, so I mechanically do it each time I start logic, and after that it works
worst now I have to restart logic, the issue is that the first knob use will stay lock on the screen without the name mapping, only stuff that work for me is to restart Logic and after that restart the keylab again sometimes if it need it
and also since logic 12 opening a project with an arturia inst will force the Klab to open the project in Arturia mode even you are in daw mode
encoders since logis 12 are way to fast in Smart Control also
since many firmware version pad light with aftertouch is gone and never came back
Still just one instance of Arturia instrument is working well in Arturia mode
Since 2 years the keylab never offer what it s really supposed to do…
if you spend the money that you lost for the Ultra the keylab would work so well that you wont never have to play with color, only one positive stuff from the ultra is that the gray paint on wheel wont move…
Why there is no communication for users, no workaround, no advertising about if you can update your daw or not?
Am i still waisting time reporting issue because you are working ultra focused on a new color or its ok?
