I reported critical arturia software bug, and it's still not fixed

A while ago i reported very crucial usability bug when using arturia products, and i’ve got a reply saying you have been able to reproduce it using magnifying glass, when using all of your software.
and its still not fixed
Can i ask why ?
Because of it. I can not use your products comfortably :frowning:
Please fix it in the next update batch

Hi,

Whilst I can sympathise with your predicament, it may be that you are one of the few people experiencing the problem. Software updates are usually fixed and released based on severity and user impact. In addition, several are usually bundled up into a combined update. I am pretty sure this issue will be fixed in a future release.

Be aware, this is a user forum and not Arturia Technical Support, albeit that some Arturia staff do frequent it occasionally. So, your message is not necessarily reaching your intended audience.

As @Funtmaster pointed out, this is a ‘user led’ forum, yes it’s an ‘official’ forum, but it’s not a tech support forum, although Arturia Staff DO frequently post here and help users too.

You CAN post a suspected bug report, of course, but it’s usually better to log in to your account to contact Arturia Support directly with your issues/concerns.

In addition to @Funtmaster and @matjones

If i understand you correct, then the issue you have is related to using the computers magnifying glass functionality, and it’s confirmed by Arturia.
If i’m correct, then why don’t you use Arturias applications own scale functionality? Is’nt that enough?

EDIT: Just in case: In the settins i Arturias applications it’s possible to Enable Accessibility in the settings in the right panel. It’s a help for sight impaired. EDIT END
