I like this!

I am already thinking Alva Noto, Fennesz, Tim Hecker and Oneohtrix Point Never.

Is this part 2 of the Pure series? If so, this would seem the ideal opportunity to upgrade Pure LoFi and add the additional filters available in Pure Sub

Crashes every DAW I try to demo it in.

Hi @Synth ,

I have only tried the Demo version in Studio One 6 on Windows 11 with Intel i5 cpu, NVidea Graphic. No crashes.

Can you please be more specific? Which DAW’s, which OS, which CPU and so on?
Does it happen when you do something specific?
Have you tried to reinstall Pure SUB?

FL Studio and Reaper
Windows 11
AMD CPU + GPU

Reinstalled already. Maybe it’s an AMD thing?

I think this need to be confirmed and investigated before we can say anything.
I don’t have those DAW’s.
I can suggest you inform Arturia support, if you have an Arturia account.
A crashlog will likely be helpful.

I tried it both as AU in Mainstage 4.3 on an M5 Mac OS Tahoe and as VST3 in Live 12.4 on an Intel i7 Windows 10 PC. No crashes.

I was thinking you could try to update your graphic driver if it is’nt.
And perhaps check if BIOS is up to date.

Perhaps try more DAW’s if possible.

All good in Cubase 15Pro/Win11 when i tried it a little while ago… and as a bassist… i approve! :+1::sunglasses::+1:

I haven’t tried it yet—I’ve just watched and listened to the demos.
I’m not really sold on it, and it’s hard to see where it fits into my musical style.
And then there’s the question of whether to buy it just to expand my instrument library.
That is the question.

So I don’t go into this blindly—and to either change my mind or confirm my opinion—I downloaded the demo version.

I’m also watching Davide Puxeddu’s videos, which have played a big part in my decision when I need to spend less time thinking about past purchases.

I’m giving myself until September 14.

Musical regards from my Brittany.

Reaper 7.78 : No problem (tried every control, with Macros mapping on K37)
Cubase Elements 15 : No problem

Windows 11 ver. 10.0.26220 on i7-7700
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

If I own V11 Pro, is this supposed to be included? When I look at the product it says I can upgrade to V11 Pro (which I already own) and it’s included?

Or is that just a special offer trying to get more people to buy the pro version?

many thanks

Hi @HobGoblyn ,

You don’t get it for free, if you own VC11. Is there a difference in price between the upgrade price and the price for Pure SUB alone? I will assume it’s the same for you, as you own VC11.

But you can ask Arturia sales support through your account, if you are in doubt.
I’m not an Arturia employee.

Hi @LBH

I get the $49 offer.

Oddly, if I go to my offers, I get prices to upgrade both Sem V2 to Sem V3 and V collection X to V collection 11 Pro

I already own V Collection 11 Pro with Sem v3

As you can see from the pic, it shows Pure Sub which implies it’s included. that’s why I wondered if something had got mixed up

I didn’t think it would be free but it’s odd the way they advertise my offer

Hi again @HobGoblyn ,

Things like that are in my experience unfortunately normal. I can’t tell why. There can be different reasons.
It can be because you at a point have purchased a single synth and then got V-Collection, but you still have your single synth purchase, so it show that.
I do think it’s not good, that we get offers to upgrade V-Collections we already own. It’s confusing. I hope Arturia will fix that.
In any case, you do not pay more. I assume you don’t purchase a product you allready have.
In your case i would use the $49 offer, as you own the latest V-Collection.

Hi @HobGoblyn

it’s the same for me—there are offers that already include V Collection 11 Pro with Sem v3 and FX Collection 6 Pro, plus 7 discount offers, even for Ableton Live Standard and Suite.

I’m already using Cubase 15 Pro and FL Studio All Plugins Edition.

It can’t be easy for the offers to handle this on a case-by-case basis.

If I need it for a great deal, okay; otherwise, I’ll pass on .

So don’t worry about it.

It look like there was an issue with some AMD graphics, but that should be fixed now. Check ASC for the new version.

I have the same issue - a suggestion to buy V collection 11 (which I already own) and apparently I would get Pure Sub as part of the purchase. This suggests to me that Pure Sub should be free as I already own V collection 11. Alternatively the advertisement could be seen to suggest that customers should wait to upgrade to new collections for as long as possible as they will then have more products included with the upgrade. I find the way Arturia advertise rather confusing and unclear. In reality it appears I am being asked to pay €49 for Pure Sub.

Hi @fazer. Welcome back.

Noone get Pure SUB as part of a V-Colection. Pure SUB is’nt part of V-Collection yet. It will be V-Collection + Pure SUB on the side.
