How to filter presets by Analog Lab version (Intro, Pro without V Collection, etc.)

Hello,

I see that in Analog Lab Pro is possible to filter by sound bank, style, instrument and so on.
Is there a way to filter only Analog Intro or Analog Lab V (without V Collection own presets, since I also have V Collection installed?)

I now have a whopping 13800 presets library, would like to be able to only browse presets that are in Analog Lab Intro or “vanilla” Analog Lab V.
If I filter by “Factory” soundbank I get all presets from V Collection as well.

Thanks!

Hi @mabian. Welcome to the community.

We only have the Multi instrument category.

I think we should have a Analog Lab category for presets stored in Analog Lab format.

However this will not separate which presets are in the different Analog Lab versions.

Presets in the different Analog Lab versions are the same as far i as know, it’s just the number of presets that differ.

The presets in Analog Lab that’s not Analog Lab format is the same presets you find in the individual applications. If you remove V-collection presets, then you’ll remove them from Analog Lab too. This is why you can share presets between Analog Lab and the individual applications, which to me is a powerful feature of Arturias preset system.
The only presets you can’t find in an individual application is those stored in Analog Lab format, and they can only be found in Analog Lab, and unfortunately they can’t be separated in Analog Lab.

I certainly hope we get a way to separate the Analog Lab format presets soon.

I don’t think we shall expect to be able to separate presets from the different versions of Analog Lab. But you can make a feature request, if you wish.

you can sort the Arturia icon presets and use other browser features to create smaller selections, like you mention.
