How to create new Presets for the MicroFreak?

Hello to everyone. I am using the MicroFreak together with my Kawaii MP11 SE Stage Piano, my PreSonus® Studio 1824c Audio Interface, two Kurzweil KS-40 A Active monitor speakers and with the PreSonus® Studio One DAW.
Because I haven’t found any hints for this anywhere else, I would like to learn how to create my own additional presets for my MicroFreak.
Therefore I would like to know what I need to record an acoustic instrument to save the recording as *.mfprojz file. Thank you very much for your help and support !

  1. Record whatever audio sample you want to use as a .wav file.
  2. Import that wav into the MCC software.
  3. Transfer the sample into the Microfreak.
  4. Make a preset in the Microfreak using any of the Sample or Granular engines and set it to use your new sample.
