How to create a Wurlitzer-like E-Piano from scratch?

Hi there,
I stumbled over this beautiful Wurlitzer-like sound created with Vital (You’ll hear it in the beginning of the video).
How To: Wurlitzer & Fender Rhodes Electric Pianos in Vital - Sound Design Tutorial (youtube.com)

For learning purposes I’d like to recreate such an E-Piano sound with MiniFreak from scratch.
Currently I feel quite overwhelmed by the amount of choices the different oscillators offer to me.

But I’m sure: if such sound is possible with Vital, it must be possible with MiniFreak, right?

What would be the best oscillator-type to begin with if the goal is an E-Piano?

Stefan

Oh, my first post here.

Hi Stefan,

I also tried recreating electric pianos with the MiniFreak. Wurlitzer wasn’t that difficult, but I’m gloriously failing to do a proper Rhodes or Clavinet.

Take my “Wunderlitzer” preset as a start, it gives you quite the typical “sour” Wurli sound. Mod Wheel controls sound excitement, Macro 1 controls tremolo, Macro 2 controls a phaser.
