How to control third party plugins (f.e. Steinberg Plug-Ins)?

Hello Forum,

me is a quite new user of the Keylab Essential MK 3. First I like to say the explaining how to set up all the stuff so it s gonna work with cubase was a bit irritating, but finally it works so far.
I am thinking about how to make use of the controller to actually change or browse presets of a selected instrument - f.e. halion sonic from Steinberg. I really would love and deeply need the option to scroll the presets remote from the mk3 just to reduce this mouse clicking maze instead.

Does anyone have a clue?

I am trying to navigate through programs (patches) in an external synth from the Arturia Keylab Essential 49. I have used MIDI Control Center to assign patch changes to Bank A pads. But, I have not found a way to increment or decrement through external synth patches.

I don’t know about Cubase and Cubase instruments.
