Headphone sound came out only mono, pls help

Hi all,

I have plugged my new headphone with an adapter into the Minifuse 1 and the sound came out mono only. I did everything possible (e.g. screwing aand un-screwing the adapter, etc.) but it does not work.
Is there any way of re-setting the Minifuse 1?

Is anyone able to help me ?
Thanks a lot

Hi @fmallama. Welcome to the community.

I assume you hear mono, if you only playback.

Have you check the plugs is all the way in?
Are the adapter stereo?

Are you firmware updated? I don’t think this should matter but check anyway in Minifuse Control Center.

Hey there!

I’m experiencing the same issue—I get mono output regardless of which DAW I use, whether it’s FL Studio or Ableton. I tried updating the firmware for my MiniFuse 2 via the MiniFuse Control Center to the latest version (1.5.0), but the output is still mono.

I suspect the problem might be related to the 1/4" converter plugged into the output port or the earphones not being properly connected to the converter.

My goal is to listen to stereo audio from my DAW in the headphone output

@arturia.official, I’d appreciate any help on this!

Hi @iam4tt4. Welcome to the community.

Please be sure it’s not a DAW issue. For example that your signal is’nt from a mono audio track.

After going through several trials and testing various equipment, I finally identified the main issue. It began when I upgraded the Minifuse 2 firmware to version 1.5 using the Minifuse Control Center automatically. To resolve it, I visited the Arturia website, downloaded the latest firmware manually, and then used the Minifuse Control Center to upgrade the firmware with the downloaded file. And just like that, everything worked perfectly!
