Has anyone managed to get arturia to help with fauly device?

I have an audiofuse studio that has not been functional since last year. It probably Requires a physical repair to the the USB hardware as no computer MaC or win can see the device at all. It worked for s few months from new then went dead.

Arturia support were slow but seemingly helpful up until they realized I had a hardware issue and passed me over to “Sales” who never ever contacted me.

Support did say I should get a local service person to look at it but I’m in a small country and no one here wants to look at it. From there, nothing. No suggestions of where to send it. Why cannot I send it to France or wherever they are made?

I just have an expensive paperweight and no interface. Do a arturia not care at all about their products , customers or reputation?

Yes. I had a hardware fault on my Keylab 88mkII a while back. They had me take it to a local service center that repaired in quickly and had it back to me the next day. I’m in LA fortunately, so that made it easier of course. Hopefully, you’ll be able to send it to a nearby country for service. Best of luck!
