What do you mean Engine Bank?? Do you mean a method as which to be able to change the engine though modulation within a single patch??

Unless you can be clearer with your request, I am afraid you will have little chance of anything happening.
It is pretty clear. A bank of stored Engine settings.

I have to echo what @Funtmaster and @simon.a.billington have said, please can you explain further what you mean by ‘Engine Bank’?
It’s not a phrase i’ve ever heard.
When you say ‘with or without modulation’ it sounds like you mean presets, would this be correct?
I hate playing the guessing game but do you mean saving the settings of each Engine in Pigments as a sort of sub patch so you could select them individually?
