[Feature Request] Update Microfreak

Hello everyone,

I know the microfreak is a beast, I’ve had mine for two weeks and what madness!

If a developer ever reads this message (it’s a bottle in the sea) could you add one or two paraphony voices? it will become a monstrous synthesizer!!!

Hi, and welcome to the forums.

The Microfreak is 4 voice paraphonic. Note the Paraphonic button at the top of the synth.

Ah, I see.

I think that is unlikely as it would start to cross into the territory of the Minifreak, but hey, someone will probably convert this into a feature request and you never know…

PS: I just got the Microfreak too. Loving it so far - very versatile :slight_smile:

Sorry for my bad english i’m french :grin:
i undestand what you say but the Microfreak is paraphonic while the Minifreak is polyphonic with two oscilator per voice ; apart from the hardware limitation if there is one I don’t see what could prevent this.
Yes it’s a crazy synth

Great to hear you’re enjoying your MicroFreak, yes the ‘Freak’ range is surprisingly powerful for such relatively small instruments.
As predicted by our very own resident psychic there :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: your post is now a feature request.

As you’ve said in your last post though, there’s a likely hardware limitation involved… there are some VERY clever people out there in internetland though who like modifying things…maybe one of those might have the same idea or be up for it?
