User Dominion on the old forums originally posted this suggestion, and I would like to bring it over to the new forum:
Having the matrix in Preset Mode light up like the blue/red indicators in the MIDI Control Center would help with navigation, identifying desired patches, and make saving patches to blank/init spots in a bank easier.
