Hi,
I would love to see the implementation of a “SHIFT” key. We all know what a shift key does and how much extra functionality pressing that key gives. Imagine using the encoder to scroll to a specific track, then pressing the “SHIFT” key the encoder can then move the play head horizontally i.e. as a transporter… and this is only one application.

There is no shift key built-in on the mk3 (an unfortunate ommission), however, there are plenty of other user pads that could take on the role of said modifier key.
