[Feature Request] Linux Minifuse Control Center?

so i’ve moved completely to linux as my daily driver gaming and music production

i’m not planning to use windows just to update future firmwares

so, is there any plans for a future native build?

the plugins work great with yabridge so, not really an issue there

I feel you and I am bumping this post up… love Arturia!

I am trying to move to Linux for years, now it is possible with improvements of WINE etc. …

Arturia is the only one that worked straight away - meaning, they certainly do their software following ‘current’ standards and all works-ish.

If only they did ‘just’ the driver for Minifuse etc.

To mange your expectations you’ll never get a definite yes from Arturia. I don’t mean that disrespectfully but it’s not how they work. One minute there’s no sign of something existing, next minute it exists with two or three tutorial videos dropped on YT at the same time. The biggest commitment you’ll ever officialy see to a request is “we’ll log it”. Their devs presumably have NDAs more watertight than the Tarbela Dam, there are no leaks and no rumours.

I also made the full transition to Linux now and while I can use their VST through Wine and yabridge I would love to see a native support from Arturia especially when it comes to firmware updates.

Hi ! The Minifuse itself works great in Linux. To make a permanent setting (enabling monitoring on the Minifuse 4) I had to install Minifuse Control Center under VirtualBox. Works 100%.

Someone has written a piece of software to manage the Minifuse 1 & 2 under Linux BTW.
