[Feature Request] Let us import multiple Preset Banks at once.

I have about 30 third-party Pigment Banks. Right now, initially, I have to press the Menu > Import… and select the Bank - while it takes several seconds for each Bank to be imported, some quicker some slower. Then I also have to pay attention and remember which bank I have already imported and which I have not. So I have to systematically work through a list of my preset banks.

This procedure takes far too long and would be completely redundant when you consider that you could also import several banks at the same time.

Please implement this!

I would like to second this request. I am doing exactly the same procedure right now, and it’s very tedious to keep track of which presets I have imported and which ones remain.

How is this not a feature to begin with?? I literally have 10gb of presets and banks and Im gonna cry lmaoo I guess I’ll wait to hopefully have this concidered

I just tested Pigments 7 and was hoping that it might finally be possible. Who would have thought: it’s still not possible – and it’s almost 2026!

It’s actually ridiculous and enough to make you cry. You’d think Arturia wants to annoy its users.

What good is a perfectly designed synthesizer if it lacks basic functions such as the ability to import multiple preset banks at the same time?

It’s all very, very sad.

Pigments 7 has now been released and our request still hasn’t been implemented—are you serious?

Looking thru this forum you can see how passionate people are about Arturia products and the sheer number of suggestions made for new features is amazing. I have made several suggestions myself over the years and one was incorporated. I worked in IT - not a developer but I know that you cant just incorporate every suggestion made. It has to be assessed to see how it impacts functionality and performance, how complicated it is and if it aligns with the road map that Arturia undoubtedly have for Pigments. All this while working on existing updates and bugs. They cant just add an updates based on one person desires. I think its safe to say they are listening and are as passionate about Pigments as we are.

I DO appreciate your ‘passion’ here, BUT we NEED to keep things civil.
We ALL have our own personal wants and wishes, sometimes they become reality, and sometimes we’re disappointed, unfortunately.

Myself and @ LBH do not work for Arturia, we’re ‘external moderators’, so there’s zero point in directing one’s ire at us, or anyone else for that matter, as we have zero say in what Arturia do or don’t decide to do.

Keep it civil and cordial, please.

Sorry but in my opinion you (or the Arturia Dev’s in this case) don’t understand how essential our requested feature actually is. This is nothing ‘personal’ or a small individual wish or something like that. EVERY VST Synthesizer that comes to my mind has this figured out. Serum, Diva, Vital etc.

It really is important.

You probably didn’t read the suggestion at all, otherwise you would know that this feature wouldn’t be that huge of a deal to implement (very likely so).

If it’s somehow not possible or acts against the Virtual Instrument Design Principles of Arturia, then this could be clearly stated and explained, otherwise your explanation is, as of now, very devoid.

By the way, I try to remain objective and constructive wherever possible. Two people have already commented here on how essential such a feature would be and that they find it scandalous that it does not exist.

Mate, we ALL have our opinions, and no one person’s opinion is greater than another’s here.
Either we treat each other respectfully, or do so elsewhere.
Arturia HAVE heard what you, and others have said, and insisting your own opinion is more valid will just get you nowhere i’m afraid.
You’e been heard and if/when Arturia decide to implement a feature or not then they’ll do so in due course.

Arturia clearly have their own roadmap of where, when, how etc they wish to take their products and., of course, they listen to their customers, i know they do.

The latest update was delivered yesterday, so yes, if you feel something major has been left out in the case of your own wants and needs, then of course feel free to post, but again, you’ve been heard… ok!

Where exactly did I treat anyone disrespectfully? Do I seem like a whiny child to you because I have Ditto as my profile picture?

You and your team seem to be the only one doing that while publicly denouncing me and portraying my and others opinions as a silly little wish that no one needs - yet EVERYONE would benefit from it, but you don’t realize as you didn’t put thought into it.

Nevermind, you guys seem to be lost! Good Luck on developing good products in the future with that attitude!

Personally, I have no need for this feature.

I can understand it being of importance to you and the other two participants in the thread however all but demanding it be implemented to satisfy you will likely get you nowhere. This is a forum and it allows for feature discussion and requests. You have made your case, lets see what happens.
